Ovniconv convert your old non unicode vietnamese documents to unicode

My friend progfou has been very busy programming a command line utility to convert ODF documents that contains non-unicode fonts such as TCVN (e.g. .vnArial .vnTimes etc). I’ve been using the command line utility for a while.
