I have been giving presentation on ICT4DEV and Free and Open Source Software and I’ve been preaching “publish early and publish often”, but I don’t do it. So this is a “do something” kind of work and I’m publishing them here under the GNU stuff page so yes you can take them and do whatever you want with it. You just need to keep them free but you have the right to pretend you wrote them.
