Yup it is not exactly official, so we will keep you updated as we know more, but so far it there will be a video conference where the subject will be “Open Standards, ODF/OOXML and Ubuntu for Vietnam and the World” will be at 15h00PM and between 2-3 places (2 in Hanoi 1 in HCMC) will be available to attend.
